Frequently asked questions
- Is there a free version?
- Yes. You can build a full genogram for free — the standard symbols, all 11 couple and emotional relationship lines, up to 15 people, and PNG/PDF export. Free exports carry a small watermark, which any paid plan removes.
- I only need one genogram — do I have to subscribe?
- No. The Single pass is a one-time $19 payment. It unlocks everything for 14 days: clean watermark-free exports, no people limit, and as many re-exports as you need to finish. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.
- What does Pro include?
- Unlimited watermark-free PNG & PDF exports, no people limit, and AI drafts from a written description. Saving genograms to your account and reopening them on any device comes with every account, free or paid.
- Weekly, monthly, or yearly?
- All three unlock the same Pro features. Weekly ($3.99) is the cheapest way to start — handy if you only need Pro briefly — and is billed every week until you cancel. Monthly is $12. Yearly ($49) works out to about $4.08/month, the best value if you'll use it across cases over time.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel whenever you like — from your account — and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Your genograms stay in your account either way.
