By using GenogramTool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to use GenogramTool.

Not professional advice

GenogramTool is an education and documentation tool, not a source of medical, psychological, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer. You are responsible for any information you enter and for complying with the rules and laws that apply to your work.

Payments

The tool is free to use. Optional Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly — through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your content and ours

The genograms you create are yours. The GenogramTool software, design, and content are ours and are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tool as intended. Do not copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.

No warranty & liability

GenogramTool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

Changes
