Refund Policy

GenogramTool Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Because you can build a complete genogram for free before subscribing, you always know what you are getting. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of your current billing period.

If something went wrong — a payment was charged in error, or a paid feature did not work as described — email us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

To request a refund, email team@genogramtool.com from the address you used to purchase, with a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days.
